Cialis Professional is a newly formulated and chemically improved medicine that has been proved to act raster and longer. The action of the drug starts within 20-30 minutes and it lasts for 36 to 48 hours.

The drug Cialis is to be taken just 20-30 minutes just before intercourse. It has been reported that there are a few side effects while taking Cialis. They are dizziness, headache, and nausea, difficulty in breathing, chest pain, irregular heart rate, priapism, and allergic reactions. It is also reported that Cialis causes loss of vision in one eye called as NAION which is non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Cialis is not to be taken along with nitrates of any form like nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate and other recreational drugs, alpha blockers like prazocin, terozocin, and guanadrel.

There are certain precautions taken while taking Cialis. It should not be taken along with other PDE5 inhibitors like sildenafil, vardenafil, alprostradil or yohimbine. It should not be taken along with alcohol. Caution should be taken if grapefruit or grapefruit juice is taken while taking Cialis.
